What do my potential employees like to read?

It is important to write attractive texts to catch the attention of potential employees and convince them to apply to your company. Five tips to make your texts as attractive as possible:

Write for your target audience

Know who your target audience is and what interests them. Keeping this in mind when writing your texts will make them appealing and relevant to the people you want to reach.

Keep it short and to the point

People often have little time and attention for long, elaborate texts. Therefore, keep your texts short and concise so that they are easy to read and understand.

Use a clear structure

A clear structure makes your texts clearer and easier to read. For example, use headings and paragraphs to divide the text and use bullet points to highlight important information.

Use active language

Active language makes your texts more lively and interesting. Therefore, avoid passive sentences and use active sentences instead.

Positive and enthusiastic

Positive and enthusiastic texts are more attractive than negative and boring texts. Therefore, try to set a positive and enthusiastic tone in your texts and emphasize the benefits of working at your company. Don’t make it a threatening letter, but give the impression that it is fun to work for you.

Always have your texts proofread before you publish them. (e.g., by us) When someone looks at it with fresh eyes, you come up with surprising improvements. This way, you ensure that the text is error-free and that the message comes across clearly.
